On your to do list, draw a line down the center. Left side, your "to do" list, Right side, your TO FEEL LIST. I did it the last five mornings and I check it off if for even a minute I felt like this ALREADY HAPPENED so on the left you could write: 1. go to gym 2. clean car etc. and then on the right, you write: 1. feel millionnaire vibe 2. feel thin and beautiful vibe 3. feel total health vibe I've been making the right side of my list even MORE important than the left and in truth it IS! I love checking it off at the end of the day. saying I REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY felt like NYT bestselling author today. I REALLLLLLLLLLLLY felt like a multimillionnaire today, etc. I'm telling you I am becoming a manifesting virtuoso from playing this game and reminding myself that holding the feeling notes every day of HAVING the desire, even for a couple of minutes is more powerful than EVERYTHING on the left side of my list. xoxoox Denise |

I'd like to preface this manifestational story with a little I've been living in a hotel and a teeny apartment for the past four AND... (drum roll please) I have somehow managed(by feeling it real!).... (more drum rolls)

Yesterday morning I was walking to the BART (subway in the bay area) and at first i thought "dang!!" and even thought to go back to get my so this morning I was driving to Bart again and thought... what if and there it was.. not just the first row, but the very FIRST SPOT!!!! And I felt all those feelings and basked in it. It made my morning :) -Amanda I have been waiting a few days to share this one b/c I wanted to make So then Target and several other companies started making nickel free I have been trying to figure out the word that would mean the So, it finally came to me that I had bought new jeans and the buttons -Liz A dear FIRbee asked me the following: Denise, I have had so many fabulous up days, where I've been so inspired, and the world is golden everywhere I look. It's been like this, on and off, for the past two or three weeks. But something happens inbetween the inspiration - it's like I'm riding this roller coaster, and if I have two or three glorious high-flying days, "inevitably" (I DON'T want to use that word, but it's what I feel like) I drop like a stone for a while.I know it doesn't last. I know I just have to ride it out. I know I have to refrain from doing something in those moments of being in the down curve of the roller coaster that will take some undoing when I'm riding the wave again. But it seems to me that there must be a way of preventing those dips. Or easing my ride down. Or somehow, getting to where I actually enjoy it, the way I enjoy getting the mild cold that makes me sleepy and has me lying in bed. I just can't see it from here right now, when I'm feeling so uninspired. And of couse, it's not something I ever direct my thoughts towards when I'm riding the wave! How do you do it, Denise? How do you keep yourself going, up, up and up? Is there a specific FIR trick that you use? Or is there a way that you've been able to make yourself comfortable and gracious about that dippy time, let yourself have access to those good feelings, even if it might be in muted form? I want to get into the feel of that being inspired all the day, but I just can't seem to access it when I'm riding that dip. Dear Firbee, I'm so glad you asked this, because it helps me to get clarity on something that I've been playing with these past few days. I think that it is the intention behind anything we do that determines how much peace or joy we will feel, therefore, playing the games works when it's done with an attitude or intention of joy and lightness and self love. When the games are played from a place of work or struggle or trying to avoid the negatives in life, they lose their efficacy. With that in mind, we can ALSO approach the down times with a positive attitude. We can have an intention to feel peace and self love even during those times when we don't feel inspired or up or motivated or even very good at all. So, in the spirit of play, I decided to create a game and name it the "Give yourself a Break" game. This is a GREAT game to play when you're not feeling up or inspired or connected. It's a total acceptance of yourself where you are, as you are(like you described the cold) and all day, any time you have a negative thought about yourself(self judgement) about not being up or on fire or whatever, you say, "Oh, wait. It's give myself a break day. I get to be this way all day and it's even good for my manifesting to let myself off the hook today." You can even take out some cool crayons or colored pens and stickers and glitter and be cute about it and make yourself one of those big paper happy birthday banners and put it on the wall that says, "HAPPY GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK DAY, (Your Name)" ....try to have fun with it. Any topic that comes up: I'm not motivated... etc. etc. You make it an intention to ACCEPT YOURSELF IN YOUR NOW COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY AS YOU ARE, including not feeling that great. The great thing about this is the fastest way to get back into feeling good is to accept yourself totally for feeling bad! Now, I may differ a bit from Abraham on what I'm about to say(or maybe not, I'm sure someone can find a quote from them that would agree with this). But I believe that ups and downs are a part of this reality. I stopped pushing against them a while ago and my life has become much more consistently happy and smooth flowing. When I was new to LOA, I was a bit up and down, bipolar because I had it in my head that I was only supposed to have pleasant experiences/ The most neutralizing force of a negative emotion I have EVER EVER experience is acceptance. Think of acceptance like the chemical that neutralizes a stain in your carpet. Without that particular chemical of acceptance, that stain is really tough to get out. So, I would love to come up with some more ACCEPTANCE games for us to really become more consistently happy and peaceful and not riding the extremes of the roller coaster. You know one thing that really helps me is to know that when I'm in a bad mood or something bad happens to me, it doesn't mean anything wrong is happening. It's just LIFE!!! LIFE HAS ITS UPS AND DOWNS and the sooner I can ACCEPT that, the less I judge myself and the more joy I have on a consistent basis and the more I can deliberately create from that great foundation of acceptance. SO on those days when you're not flying high, just decide, "Hey this is life! It happens to everyone. It's that law of polarity!" and then say, "I definitely signed up for contrast, but I don't have to suffer. I'm going to make a game out of SELF ACCEPTANCE today!" and then hang your "HAPPY GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK DAY" banner and smile, knowing that you are Source having a human experience.
